my sweet cousin brice king, passed away this week, and i ask all of you reading this blog to keep him, his parents (marsh and mary gossett), and brother blake in your prayers/thoughts..."we must not lean on our own understanding but trust in the Lord with all our heart."

Brice King, beloved son of Mary Gossett and Marsh King, brother of
Blake King, grandson of Bea and Dudley King Sr. and Mary Helen and James
Dalton, Sr., passed away, Saturday, September 24, 2005. Family and friends will
miss his gentle ways and quiet strength. He exhibited a remarkable
sensitivity and compassion. It was common to find Brice building a bird
box for some one or offering to work in their garden. He was a natural and
enthusiastic golfer and accomplished in barbecue and grilling
techniques. He loved animals and had a great respect and appreciation for nature.
He particularly enjoyed fly fishing, but his greatest passion was playing
the guitar. His friends and family were often treated to concerts of
soothing music. Beloved by his family and friends, Brice will always be
cherished. A memorial service wil be held on Friday, September 30 at 2:00PM at
Trinity Presbyterian Church 3003 Howell Mill Rd. NW. A reception to follow at
the church in the Williams Room.
